The first Marchesi location outside Milan, set within a listed building in London’s Mayfair. The project embraces the architectural constraints of the historic space, transforming them into defining elements of the design.

Traditional Italian craftsmanship is expressed through the use of decorative tiles integrated throughout the interior, while original butcher hooks discovered in the building were preserved and reinterpreted within the composition, creating a dialogue between the site’s history and the refined identity of the Milanese pastry house.
