Prada North of Europe Headquarters
Mayfair, London

Located above Prada’s flagship store on Old Bond Street, the North of Europe headquarters was designed using materials and spatial codes consistent with the brand’s architectural identity. Verde Alpi marble, used in selected Prada stores, defines the reception and circulation areas, establishing continuity with the brand’s material language while clearly distinguishing the workspace from the retail environment below.
The characteristic Prada check floor is reinterpreted through elongated stone modules adapted to the geometry of the building. Office areas adopt a restrained palette of black granite floors and white surfaces, creating a focused and distraction-free working environment. Linear ceiling beams and technical LED lighting reference architectural elements used in several Prada store concepts.
The building achieved LEED Gold certification and incorporates advanced environmental systems designed to monitor air quality and support workplace wellbeing.
